Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in providing world-class customer service to our policyholders through inbound phone calls. This is not a traditional call center job; you'll be working with a team of insurance professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries about our policies
  • Troubleshooting customer issues and resolving them in a fair and efficient manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving any discrepancies
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

Essential Functions

* Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License

  • Work independently, take initiative, and work with little supervision
  • Maintain regular and timely attendance
  • Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
  • Ability to manage individual stress/composure
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

* High School Diploma

  • Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home
  • Able to Pass a Background Check
  • Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite Experience
  • 2 Years of customer Service Experience
