Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service over the phone, on live chat, and through email
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with our team to develop new ideas and improve our services
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and helpful advice to our customers
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Previous customer service experience in a retail or e-commerce environment
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with lighting industry products and trends
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation and Benefits:
