What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions with ease and professionalism. Here are just a few of the key responsibilities you'll be expected to handle:

  • Answering Phones, Emails, and Live Chat: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing solutions and support whenever needed.
  • Identifying and Escalating Priority Issues: Recognize and escalate priority issues to high-level management, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need.
  • Following Up on Complicated Customer Interactions: Provide follow-up support to customers who require additional assistance, ensuring that their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Recording Details of Customer Interactions: Accurately and proficiently record details of customer interactions, providing valuable insights for our team.
  • Developing Rapport with Customers: Build strong relationships with our customers, using your upbeat and positive attitude to create a memorable experience.
  • Offering Solutions, Not Excuses: Take ownership of customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs, rather than simply apologizing or making excuses.

  • Strong Verbal and Written Communicator: You're an effective communicator who can articulate complex ideas and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Positive and Quick Troubleshooter: You're a quick thinker who can troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:

  • 1 Year of Customer Service-Related Experience: You'll have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service-related role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Basic Knowledge of Computers: You'll have basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs.
  • Excellent Grammar, Punctuation, and Spelling: You'll have excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing.
  • Live in One of the Following States: You'll need to live in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah.
