Job Summary

As a Part-time Customer Service Representative with Blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to individuals who are navigating their healthcare plans. You will work from home, using your own computer and internet connection, to answer inbound calls and respond to questions about prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions. Through your expertise and knowledge, you will help individuals better understand their coverage and options, providing them with the support and guidance they need to make informed decisions about their healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to questions about prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions

  • Provide exceptional support and guidance to individuals who are navigating their healthcare plans
  • Use your expertise and knowledge to help individuals better understand their coverage and options
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest healthcare trends and best practices
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as a call center, retail, or hospitality industry

  • PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience working in a healthcare or insurance industry
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
