Job Summary:

We're seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our remote customer service team as Online Chat Representatives. As a key member of our team, you'll engage with Amazon customers through live chat, providing prompt and efficient assistance with inquiries, orders, and product information. Key Responsibilities:

As an Online Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via online chat platform, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding products, orders, and services, including product features, pricing, and availability
  • Assisting customers with navigating the Amazon website, resolving issues, and finding the information they need
  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints with empathy, professionalism, and a customer-centric mindset
  • Escalating complex issues to appropriate channels for resolution, ensuring seamless customer experience
  • Meeting and exceeding performance targets for customer satisfaction and response time, driving business growth and customer loyalty

Essential Qualifications:
