Job Summary

As a Sr. Analyst – Labor Force Activities Work Execution, you will be responsible for leading task groups of experts and partners, performing data gathering and analysis, and developing recommendations to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with our store activities cycle team to identify opportunities for process enhancements and provide key insights to our leadership group. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization, and we are excited to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead task groups of experts and partners to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

  • Perform data gathering and analysis to identify opportunities for process enhancements
  • Develop recommendations to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Produce reports for groups and leadership to audit and use
  • Convey presentations to groups and chief leaders and supporters
  • Build skills and knowledge through self-improvement, team information, and client (internal) information
  • Convey presentations to groups and chief leaders and supporters
  • Direct Chief/Direct Reports
  • Regularly reports to Store Activities Cycle Chief or Store Tasks Business Administrator (or Sr. Supervisors)
  • No partners report to this job on a long-term basis, but requires the leadership of a work group: assign and review work, train and contribute to performance evaluation (but not recruiting, terminating, or disciplinary action)

Travel Requirements

* Occasionally requires temporary travel under 10% of the time

Physical Requirements

* Mostly spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is regular opportunity to move about

  • Occasionally there may be a need to move or lift light articles

Working Conditions

* Located in a comfortable indoor area

  • Any unpleasant conditions would be inconsistent and not offensive

Preferred Qualifications

* 3 years of work experience

  • Store insight and ASDS experience is preferred

Minimum Education

* The information, skills, and abilities regularly acquired through the completion of a four-year certification program or equivalent degree in a field of study connected to the job

Essential Skills
