Job Summary

As a Seasonal Retail Customer Service and Sales Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our customers. You will be the face of blithequark, and your passion for our products and services will shine through in everything you do. You will work closely with your peers to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers, and you will be expected to stay up-to-date on the latest products and services to provide expert recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our customers

  • Understand and stay up-to-date on blithequark's products, services, purchase options, and Product Zone sales processes
  • Support your peers throughout the store as needed by sharing knowledge about blithequark's products, services, and purchase options
  • Identify ownership opportunities and present products and services to customers
  • Educate customers on relevant ways to buy products and services
  • Maintain accuracy and follow guidance
  • Perform other tasks as needed, including but not limited to providing customer service and support in other areas of the store
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each other's differences and having the curiosity to learn
  • Demonstrate blithequark's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities

Minimum Qualifications

* Availability to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store

  • Reliable attendance to work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations

Preferred Qualifications

* Knowledge of blithequark products and services

  • Ability to personalize solutions based on customer needs and effectively communicate them
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, often supporting multiple customers at the same time
  • Ability to work in a team environment, demonstrating shared responsibility and accountability with other team members
  • Curiosity and openness to learning from others and helping each other grow
  • Ability to learn about and deepen understanding of blithequark products and services, and third-party products, to enhance the customer experience
  • Ability to be trusted with sensitive or confidential information, keeping with blithequark's core values

Pay & Benefits

At blithequark, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Blithequark employees also have the opportunity to become an blithequark shareholder through participation in blithequark's discretionary employee stock programs. Blithequark employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase blithequark stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in blithequark's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
