Job Summary

As a Process Associate – Quality Assurance and Improvement at blithequark, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities. You will audit operations teams' & system outputs, suggest and implement process/system improvements, and identify emerging process performance trends. You will also be responsible for auditing, tracking, and maintaining the quality metrics of assigned processes, interacting with business, automation & technology teams to drive operational and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct regular audits of operations teams' & system outputs to ensure accuracy and efficiency

  • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest recommendations to management
  • Implement process/system improvements to enhance operational efficiency and quality
  • Analyze and identify emerging process performance trends to inform business decisions
  • Audit, track, and maintain quality metrics of assigned processes to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Collaborate with business, automation & technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
  • Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure clarity and consistency
  • Provide training and support to team members on process improvements and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, quality assurance)

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role or industry (e.g., quality assurance, process improvement, operations)

  • Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and industry standards
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Certification in quality assurance or process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
