Job Summary
As an Experienced Sales Analytics Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform business decisions. You will work closely with our Investigation Group to provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
* Collect and analyze data from various sources, including but not limited to, Record Directors, Salesforce, and blithequark's data sets
- Research and verify the accuracy of external data sources
- Clean and design data to ensure it is in a format suitable for our systems
- Support Record Directors in meeting requests and requirements
- Utilize Salesforce to update account information, upload data, and manage projects
- Participate in special projects and research requests as needed
- Provide customized reporting and recommendations to inform business decisions or drives
- Develop presentations with scientific outcomes for various levels of management
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, data analytics, or computer science
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, sales analytics, or a related field
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks with tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented and ability to work with a high level of accuracy
