Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner, providing exceptional support and assistance to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Analyzing customer issues and providing effective solutions or escalating as necessary, using your strong analytical skills to assess situations and make informed decisions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry, utilizing computerized systems to track and manage customer requests efficiently.
  • Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent client services, using your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Collaborating with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience, sharing your insights and ideas to drive continuous improvement.
  • Providing feedback on common issues or trends observed during interactions with customers, helping us to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is a strong plus, as we serve a diverse customer base.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred, but not essential – we're happy to train the right candidate.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and make informed decisions, using your critical thinking skills to resolve customer issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism, as you'll be interacting with customers on a daily basis.
  • Proficient in data entry and comfortable using various computer systems and software applications, including our CRM system.
  • Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers on calls or chats, using your keyboard skills to provide fast and accurate support.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing outstanding service, as you'll be representing blithequark and our values in every interaction.
