Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Examination and Content Development team. As a Data Analyst, you will apply advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions and advance our content portfolio. You will work closely with our content team to analyze client behavior, identify untapped client needs, and develop new content opportunities. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Applying advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
• Analyzing client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, search queries) to identify untapped client needs and develop new content opportunities
• Forecasting content engagement to inform purchasing decisions
• Enhancing our content launch and episode release strategy
• Testing marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
• Ideating and developing new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
• Providing specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
• Effectively communicating significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
• Experience in statistical analysis and AI techniques: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
• Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
