Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and facilitating treatment solutions. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality, you will be an integral part of our team, working collaboratively to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Answer questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and provide clear and concise information to facilitate treatment solutions
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns to management as needed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issues

Qualifications

* 1 year of customer interaction experience in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military setting

  • Computer experience with Windows-based applications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
  • Patience and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence
  • Reliability and compliance with certain standards

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment

  • Knowledge of pharmacy benefit management and healthcare regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
