Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Phone Call Receptionist, you will play a vital role in our team's success by:

• Answering and directing incoming calls from personal injury, mass tort, and criminal defense clients with professionalism and empathy.
• Providing accurate information and assistance to clients regarding their cases.
• Maintaining client confidentiality and handling sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Accurately recording and relaying messages to the appropriate legal team members.
• Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Performing general administrative tasks as needed to support the legal team.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Customer service experience in a legal, medical, or insurance role is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and handling of medical and treatment information.
• Proven ability to work effectively as a remote employee with a well-established home office setup.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with office software and phone systems.

Requirements

To ensure your success in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
• Ability to work during the specified hours (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday).
• Must be able to provide a high level of customer service and maintain client confidentiality.

Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Salary: $18-20/hour
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday
• Breaks: 1-hour lunch break, two 15-minute breaks
• Benefits: Paid vacation, health insurance, 401k match up to 4%
