Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Logistics Operations Scheduler, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring patient treatment schedules and resolving real-time operational issues related to transportation, manufacturing, distribution, and administration
- Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners to deliver exceptional customer service
- Coordinating with manufacturing and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products
- Analyzing and resolving complex logistics issues, including transportation and inventory management
- Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in logistics operations, scheduling, and planning
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., logistics, supply chain management, business administration)
- Strong MS Office Suite skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM, APEX, Oracle, SAP, or other comparable systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
