Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Remote MBI Development Project Manager to lead a team of developers, business analysts, and scrum masters in designing, developing, and configuring software systems for a federal customer. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects from analysis to implementation, quality assurance, and maintenance. Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of developers, business analysts, and scrum masters in designing, developing, and configuring software systems for a federal customer

• Ensure the successful delivery of projects from analysis to implementation, quality assurance, and maintenance
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure project objectives are met
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
• Provide weekly reports and communication plans to ensure project objectives are being reported and communicated across all levels of the organization
• Manage and mitigate project risks, issues, and changes to ensure project success
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project satisfaction and repeat business
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management and software development

Essential Qualifications

* Active IRS MBI Clearance required

• 7+ years of experience working with specified software language as a developer
• 3+ years of experience using Rational Team Concert or equivalent toolset
• Demonstrated Control-M experience (for ETL developers)
• Hands-on experience with Greenplum or similar database experience
• Experience providing weekly reports and communication plans to ensure project objectives are being reported and communicated across all levels of the organization
• Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirements

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with federal customers and understanding of federal regulations and compliance requirements

• Experience with cloud-based software development and deployment
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Experience with automated testing and quality assurance
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git and SVN
