Experienced Full Stack Media Buyer – E-commerce Advertising Specialist for Facebook, Google, and TikTok

Our company is a leading e-commerce business that has achieved remarkable growth in its first two years, with a revenue of nearly $12 million. We're now looking for a talented Media Buyer & Creative Director to help us push for even more growth. As a key member of our team, you'll have the creative freedom to develop and execute campaigns that drive results, while working closely with our cross-functional team to ensure seamless execution.

Job Overview

As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for managing our media buying efforts across Facebook, Google, and TikTok, with a focus on e-commerce and lead generation verticals. You'll work closely with our team to develop and execute campaigns that drive results, while continuously testing and optimizing our strategies to ensure maximum ROI and ROAS. Your expertise in A/B testing, lookalikes, retargeting, and campaign management will be essential in helping us achieve our growth goals.

Responsibilities

* Identify target audiences by building customer avatars based on data and research

• Scout the competition and tap channels they haven't reached yet
• A/B Testing, Lookalikes, Retargeting Set Up
• Overall campaign management, performance/conversion optimization, maximization of ROI/ROAS
• Offer predictions into the potential cost of a successful strategy, help set ad budgets, and make sure that the campaign sticks to this budget without compromising on exceptional ad performance
• Continuously track results of campaigns and offer reports to help learn more about the target market and what corrections need to be done
• Manage all the backend work for the ads
• Test new strategies
• Continuously test new features as they are released
• Continuously test old features week by week to see if any new media buying tactics are working better

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies

* Has experience managing at least USD300k+ Ad Spend / month

• Needs experience with e-commerce & lead generation verticals
• Can provide case studies of previous successes in Media Buying
• Media-buying experience in By priority/weight: 60% - TikTok 20% - FB 20% - Google (YT, Google Ads)
• Sharp, able to juggle several numbers in their head and make great decisions from these numbers quickly and effectively
• Inventive, clever decision-maker who can work quickly and independently
• Have a keen eye for identifying new opportunities based on the data and not thinking they have to "stick to the track" as often you need to follow your own initiative and actively respond to the data even if it goes against everything you know. Data is king
• Must have prior experience with analyzing creatives
• Should be a go-getter and goal-oriented
• Clever decision-maker who can work quickly and independently
• Should have great attention to detail
• Familiarity in using the TikTok Ads Manager
• Must be able to communicate well in English
