Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Utilizing various software systems, including Sabre or other Traveler Service Frameworks, to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Providing exceptional customer service in a professional and courteous manner, adhering to blithequark's standards and policies

What You'll Need for Success

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Bilingual language skills, depending on the location
  • A valid driver's license, as required by local authorities
  • The ability to pass FAA background checks and obtain necessary airport security clearances
  • Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check, or fingerprinting, as required by blithequark and security regulations
  • The ability to work in a high-speed environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using various software systems, including Sabre or other Traveler Service Frameworks
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the airline industry
