  • Interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner, providing solutions to their queries and concerns
  • Promote and sell air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders, leveraging your knowledge of our products and services to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Provide assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance, ensuring seamless travel experiences for our customers
  • Interpret and communicate authority's guidelines and requirements for domestic and international travel or shipment shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards
  • Meet and dispatch planes within set-up times, ensuring timely departures and arrivals
  • Provide support to distressed passengers and customers, resolving issues with empathy and professionalism
  • Protect business assets and revenue, maintaining a secure and efficient work environment
  • Possess the physical capability and dexterity to perform various job-related duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Use organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited timeframe, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Be self-motivated and require minimal supervision, working independently to achieve goals and objectives
  • Respond and assist during safety and emergency situations, ensuring the well-being of customers and colleagues
  • Follow internal and external regulations and procedures, maintaining compliance with industry standards and company policies

All You'll Need for Success

To excel as a Customer Service Coordinator at blithequark, you'll need:

  • A high school degree or equivalent
  • The ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
  • Bilingual language skills may be required in some locations
  • A valid driver's license, as required by local authorities
  • The ability to satisfy FAA criminal history checks to qualify for unescorted access to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
  • The ability to obtain and maintain airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable
  • The ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays
  • The ability to work on a regular and timely basis, meeting deadlines and achieving goals
