About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Cycles Workshop Technician to join our team in a remote capacity. As a key member of our workshop team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, diagnosing technical faults, and performing timely repairs or services to meet the expectations of our customers. Your passion for sports, creativity, and problem-solving skills will make you an asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnosis and Repair: Diagnose technical faults in customer products and agree on the best solution with customers.
• Servicing and Repair: Perform servicing and repair of customer products within your Decathlon Store.
• Customer Service: Ensure that your customers have the best customer service experience.
• Stock Management: Manage, order, and control stock levels to meet customer demand.
• Business Performance Analysis: Analyze business performance and provide insights to improve workshop efficiency.
