Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating the accuracy of our database, ensuring the smooth flow of information within the company. You will be responsible for entering and updating various types of data into the company database with precision and efficiency, reviewing and verifying data for errors, inconsistencies, or discrepancies, and maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security standards.

Responsibilities

* Enter and update various types of data into the company database with precision and efficiency

  • Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or discrepancies
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security standards
  • Assist in organizing and categorizing information for easy access
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Key Skills and Qualifications

* Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy (at least 60 words per minute)

  • Strong attention to detail and meticulous data verification abilities
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain focus and productivity in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues
  • Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is a plus

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role
