The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Recruiter who can balance the art and science of recruitment with a blend of professionalism and ingenuity.  Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you’ll manage multiple job requisitions across various stages of the Hazel recruiting process, all while ensuring timely fulfillment and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.  With a mindset of prioritization and organization, you’ll consistently exceed Hiring Manager expectations, embrace continuous improvement, and demonstrate performance excellence.

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, with a base salary range of $100,000 – $120,000, bonus eligibility, a 401k match, healthcare coverage, paid time off, and a broad range of other benefits and perks. Review our benefits at Hazel Health Benefits.
