Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team as a Mail and Chat Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels. You will also be required to sell our products to clients, respond to tickets on our system, and work collaboratively with our team to achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle client inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and other communication channels
- Respond to and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner
- Sell our products to clients and meet or exceed sales targets
- Respond to tickets on our system and ensure timely resolution of client issues
- Collaborate with our team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer experiences through proactive and reactive support
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate support
Requirements
* At least 1 year of technical experience in a hosting company or similar environment (e.g., Orange or WE)
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
- Maximum age of 30 years
- Sales experience is preferred, but not required
- Residents of Nasr city, Misr el Gdeda, Shoubra Misr, Fifth of settlement, or Hadaya Elzaytoun are preferred
- Graduates only
- Males and females are welcome to apply
Work Conditions
* Rotational shifts from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (work from office) or 5:30 pm to 2:00 am (work from home)
- 2 days off fixed, but it changes every month
- Work from office in Nasr city
- One-month paid training program to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the role
