The Opportunity As a Lead Prompt Engineer & AI Video Creator, you’ll join a team that’s not just using cutting-edge tools - they’re building them. You’ll collaborate with a world-class creative and technical team, develop visually compelling AI-generated videos, and play a key role in refining prompt engineering pipelines for both commercial and creative projects. As the platform scales, you’ll help shape a next-gen production workflow that’s setting new industry standards.

What You'll Do

• Generate video content using AI prompt engineering and footage creation
• Lead the creative concept development for video projects
• Build and execute video prompts from the storyboard to edit
• Refine visual outputs and cinematic coherence
• Collaborate with creative leads and the technical team
• Own and improve internal prompt workflows and asset pipelines What You Bring
• Hands-on experience with ComfyUI and other AI visual tools
• Deep understanding of prompting pipelines and asset preparation
• Strong visual taste and cinematic storytelling skills
• Both a creative and a technical mindset
• Background in video design with experience in commercial advertising projects, social media content, animation, short films, movies Key Success Drivers
