Qualifications

- Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service. - Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. - Multitasking and Prioritization: Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously. - Problem-Solving and Attention to Detail: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions. - Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills, with the ability to navigate our CRM system and other software applications. - Availability: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients. - Previous Remote Experience: Previous experience in a remote or freelance role is a plus, with a proven ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
