Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on flight schedules, bookings, and travel policies. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package starting at $45,000 per annum, and you'll enjoy a flexible schedule with standard working hours, perfect for those who thrive in a dynamic environment. This role is open to applicants based in Georgia.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Assisting customers in booking and managing their travel itineraries
  • Resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner, striving for first-contact resolution
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved consistently

Requirements
