Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the primary point-of-contact with our customers, delivering superior service and promoting our products and services. You will be accountable for maintaining company standards of quality, complying with all policies and procedures, and ensuring a safe, organized, and clean environment. Key Responsibilities

* Provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business and build strong relationships with our customers

  • Promote our products and services to current and potential customers, driving sales and revenue growth
  • Ensure all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Follow company policies and procedures, maintaining a balanced cash drawer and completing all transactions accurately
  • Utilize multiple computer applications to access information and process transactions efficiently
  • Resolve customer complaints or refer them to the Store Manager for resolution, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean environment, adhering to company standards and regulations
  • Perform other duties as instructed by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Essential Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant is preferred

  • Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to drive sales and promote products and services, demonstrating a customer-centric approach
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude in all interactions
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing schedules
  • English fluency is required, with English/Spanish bilingualism a plus

Physical Requirements

* Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time, with the ability to lift 15 lbs. and work in restrictive spaces

  • Ability to maintain concentration in a busy environment with moderate to high noise levels, prioritizing tasks and managing stress effectively
