Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Workday Data Migrations team at blithequark. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and success. You'll work closely with our Delivery Group, Engineers, and Product Owners to develop a deep understanding of our business space and the functionality of our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Apply your analytical skills and knowledge of business processes, tools, and systems to solve a wide range of problems
- Collaborate with other data analysts to provide counsel and solutions within your area of expertise
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and advancements in your field
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, outcomes, or approaches to problems
- Estimate effort and value for solutions
- Apply business solutions with a broad understanding of technology stages/structures
- Verify data and carefully review and check the accuracy of your own work using reliance ID processes in technology work
- Establish or follow prioritization processes to drive work, completing tasks with a focus on moving forward
- Express thoughts, business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing using appropriate levels of outline and integration
- Screen program risks, issues, and extensions proactively, ensuring the right level of priority, visibility, and escalation
- May perform other work duties as directed by your supervisor
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, mathematics)
- Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement
- Strong knowledge of technical conditions
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and discussion skills in working with various teams and external partners
- Ability to analyze medium to large business or technical issues, articulating the issue or root cause, and translating the analysis into practical solution proposals
- Ability to work effectively in a help/group-oriented environment
- Ability to explore, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical details
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and varied work streams/tasks
- Ability to take on multiple tasks, whether administrative or project-related, while maintaining a high level of satisfaction in all deliverable work; willing to coach others to do the same
- Ability to educate and train others on technical and business subjects
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, mathematics)
- Experience with data analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization tools
- Experience with cloud-based systems and software development methodologies
- Experience with data migration and integration projects
- Certification in business analysis, data analysis, or a related field
