Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Pharmacy Technician at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering patient-centric care and leveraging technology to streamline pharmacy operations. You will assist pharmacists in the exercise of pharmacy, perform various pharmacy tasks, and provide exceptional customer service to our patients and customers. Key Responsibilities

* Assist pharmacists in the exercise of pharmacy, including reviewing and processing prescriptions, and performing various pharmacy tasks

• Use pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, and process prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers, including greeting them, answering questions, and resolving issues
• Develop strong relationships with patients and customers, and model and share customer service best practices with colleagues
• Perform various administrative tasks, including handling cash, operating a cash register, and processing returns and exchanges
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering, unpacking, checking, and storing shipments of prescription drugs
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly pharmacy department, and comply with all company policies and procedures
• Participate in training and development programs to maintain and improve skills and knowledge in healthcare and pharmacy

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; pharmacy technician certification or training preferred

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English required (except in Puerto Rico)
• Previous experience in a retail or healthcare setting preferred
• Strong math skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in pharmacy systems and software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with patients, customers, and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

* Six months of experience in a retail or healthcare setting

• Previous work experience with blithequark
• % certification or training
• Knowledge of store inventory management
• Familiarity with pharmacy systems and software
