The Role

As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, working closely with customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide exceptional service through phone, live chat, and email interactions. Your goal will be to create raving fans for blithequark every single day, by delivering personalized, empathetic, and solutions-focused support that exceeds our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, live chat, and email interactions

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed and accurate support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment that's all about moving forward together

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the Lighting Industry or a related field

  • Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

* Competitive hourly rate of $16.00, with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period
