Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Conducting inbound calls to follow up on customer requests or provide additional information, ensuring that clients receive the support they need to achieve their goals.

Qualifications
