Job Summary

As a Hybrid Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You will be responsible for entering alpha and numeric data using a variety of equipment and software, verifying data for completeness and accuracy, and following standardized procedures and special instructions. Key Responsibilities

* Enter alpha and numeric data using key-to-disk standalone equipment, PCs, and other data entry terminals

  • Verify data by sight and machine for completeness and accuracy
  • Follow a pattern of operations generally standardized, but frequently including rules, expectations, and special instructions, which demand close attention
  • Good working knowledge of the operation of data entry devices and numerous applications, job formats, and system commands
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless data entry processes and high-quality results
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* 6+ months of experience in a data entry work environment

  • 3+ months of experience working with Windows-based applications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience with data entry software and equipment

  • Knowledge of data management principles and best practices
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Entry Specialist)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
