Experienced Work From Home Driver Helper – Seasonal Package Delivery Assistant

As a Driver Helper, you will play a vital role in helping our Package Delivery Drivers deliver packages of all shapes and sizes to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
As a Work From Home Driver Helper, you will be responsible for assisting our Package Delivery Drivers in making deliveries to our customers. Your duties will include:
- Riding along with a Package Delivery Driver in our famous brown trucks and helping to make deliveries
- Greeting customers and ensuring that they receive their packages
- Lifting up to 70 lbs and handling packages of various sizes and weights
- Working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing circumstances
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their experience
- Collaborating with our Package Delivery Drivers to ensure that deliveries are made efficiently and effectively
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license (not required to drive the brown truck)
- The ability to lift up to 70 lbs and handle packages of various sizes and weights
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or in a delivery or transportation industry
- Familiarity with our company and our products
- Ability to speak multiple languages
- Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with others
- Basic computer skills and ability to use technology to complete tasks
