Main Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Surveyor, you will be responsible for:
- Undertaking a significant fee-earning role, achieving a fee target that is reviewed annually
- Promoting the company values, leading by example, and acting as an ambassador for the company both internally and externally
- Generating new business for the healthcare team and wider company
- Liaising with portfolio clients and undertaking an active role in relationship management and progressing rent reviews and Landlord and Tenant work as required
- Helping with the Sale and Leaseback/Agency aspects
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting site visits and surveys to assess the value of healthcare properties
- Providing expert advice on rent reviews, lease renewals, and other Landlord and Tenant matters
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads
- Collaborating with the wider team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
To be successful as a Healthcare Surveyor, you will need:
- RICS qualification
- Landlord and Tenant experience, particularly in relation to negotiations for rent review and lease renewal
- Experience in healthcare/GP premises, with some knowledge of dental and pharmacy markets (desirable but not essential)
- Registered valuer and full valuation experience (not essential but a knowledge of valuation processes, particularly investment method, required for sale and leaseback work)

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong business development and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
* Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field (e.g. surveying, law, business)
- Experience in a similar role or industry
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare market and industry trends
- Ability to speak multiple languages (desirable)
