Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or related field preferred.
- An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive nursing experience, including leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and nursing practices.
