Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our members via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of blithequark, guiding our members through their benefits, plans, and services, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in delivering a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• Provide clear and concise information about blithequark's plans, services, and benefits
• Build strong relationships with members, understanding their needs and preferences
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
• Maintain accurate records of member interactions and resolve any discrepancies
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., communications, business, healthcare)

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; GED acceptable

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

• Knowledge of healthcare and insurance terminology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically
