Main Responsibilities
As an In-Home Usage Tester, your main duties will include:
* Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
* Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly
* Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
* Participating in private chat rooms with market research firms to discuss the product being tested
* Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
Requirements
To succeed as an In-Home Usage Tester with blithequark, you'll need:
* The ability to follow specific instructions and work independently
* Excellent attention to detail and a curious spirit
* The ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
* Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
* Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
* Honesty and reliability
* Good communication skills
* Be at least 18 years old
Preferred Qualifications
While no experience is necessary, we prefer candidates with:
* Previous experience in market research or product testing
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Familiarity with digital tools and technology
What to Expect
