Responsibilities

As a Work From Home Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and medical professionals via phone, email, or chat
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Following sets of outlined instructions, processes, and procedures in accordance with the department and company policies
  • Adapting quickly to changes and modifications in the call center environment
  • Communicating effectively with patients and medical professionals to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service
  • Obtaining necessary patient information to provide excellent customer service
  • Working independently with little to no supervision on goal-oriented projects and tasks
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and goals

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1 year of customer service experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows 10
  • Ability to work a 40-hour week with a flexible schedule
