Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Remote Support, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing information, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting with customers to provide information and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Determining the root cause of customer issues and offering solutions or follow-up as needed
  • Resolving service or billing complaints by exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
  • Contacting customers to respond to inquiries or notify them of claim investigation results and planned adjustments
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of customer service-related experience, preferably in high call volume environments
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
  • Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
  • Proficiency in computer software navigation and dual screens
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle complex calls and demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Preferred skills: a pharmacy background or bi-lingual candidates who speak Hmong, Spanish, or Mien
