Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Agent – Airport Shuttle Operations and Terminal Support, you will be responsible for:
- Operating shuttle vehicles to escort customers to and from the terminal building, ensuring a safe and efficient transportation experience.
- Monitoring shuttle request forms and cell phones for arriving passenger needs, responding promptly to requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Assisting wheelchair passengers to the airline ticket counter and from the security exit to their vehicle, providing personalized support and care.
- Providing jump-start services and pumping up tires for passengers as needed.
- Assisting passengers with the transport of baggage, ensuring that their belongings are safely and securely handled.
