Job Responsibilities
As a Chat Moderator, you'll be responsible for:
- Monitoring and moderating the chat of our official Discord server, ensuring that all interactions are respectful and adhere to our community guidelines
- Deleting messages that violate our rules, including but not limited to:
+ Hate speech or discriminatory language + Harassment or bullying + Spam or self-promotion + Infringement of intellectual property rights
- Banning users who repeatedly violate our rules, after thorough investigation and warning
- Muting users who have violated our rules, to prevent further disruption
- Investigating reports made by users about potential rule violations, and taking appropriate action
- Collaborating with our team to develop and implement community guidelines and policies
- Providing excellent customer service and support to community members, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Pay and Benefits

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- To be at least 18 years old
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Familiarity with Discord and online community management
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with social media platforms and online engagement strategies
