Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects. Your duties will include:
- Processing customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Securing all trailing documents from customers and maintaining accurate records
- Completing Evidence of Insurance requests and ensuring seamless communication with clients
- Documenting each customer contact in eAgent, our cutting-edge customer relationship management system
- Taking premium payments from customers and verifying phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses
- Returning all phone messages promptly and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with new products and services, and providing expert advice to customers
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- California Residency: You must reside in California to be eligible for this position.
- Genuine Willingness to Learn: You'll need to be eager to learn, intuitive, and resourceful, with a strong desire to grow and develop your skills.
