Job Summary

As a Data Analyst at blithequark, you will play a critical role in helping us drive business decisions through data-driven insights. You will work closely with our content team to analyze large-scale, high-level data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Your expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization will help us optimize our content portfolio, marketing strategies, and delivery systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Apply advanced data analysis methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-level data to drive business decisions

• Investigate client behavior (e.g., content preferences, viewing patterns) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
• Predict content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
• Develop and implement content launch and episode release strategies
• Test marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
• Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
• Provide specialized data analysis support to partners to drive business growth
• Effectively communicate key findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical modeling and data visualization
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python
• Experience with statistical analysis and AI procedures, including decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
• Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
• Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
