We're now seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Sales Representative to join our team in Latin America.

About the Role

As a Social Media Sales Representative, you will be responsible for starting authentic conversations with potential clients on social media platforms, with the goal of selling coaching programs to businesses. You will work closely with our client success team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, and will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Starting new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms (2 hours)
• Following up with leads and responding to inquiries (2 hours)
• Organic account growth and management (2 hours)
• Replying to active leads and closing sales (1 hour 30 minutes)
• Management and daily communication tasks (30 minutes)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• An Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
• A stable income in $USD
• A fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
• A stable internet connection
• Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
• Proven experience in sales/customer service roles (at least 4 months)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A high level of motivation and a strong desire to succeed
