Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to customers, driving sales and revenue growth
• Work with our food program, providing customers with a seamless and enjoyable experience
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to our high standards for store appearance
• Collaborate with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and achieve sales goals
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring a consistent and reliable presence for our customers
• Interact with customers daily, building relationships and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• A strong sales acumen, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
• Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the role
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and sales experience
