Job Summary

As a visual designer, you will be responsible for creating a vibrant and trusted people-first aesthetic that motivates our client's teams to embrace and act on the shared values and unified vision for the brand. You will work closely with executive office and design leads to align visual expression with organizational objectives and create a cohesive visual identity that resonates across diverse teams. This is an exciting opportunity to impact the visual and functional aspects of how our client operates, enhancing the way they connect and communicate within their global teams.

Responsibilities

* Collaborate with executive office and design leads on aligning visual expression with organizational objectives

• Elevate visual design identity inclusive of logos, color schemes, fonts, icons, and images
• Create templates for various communications such as PowerPoint, newsletters, and storytelling templates
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on the engagement and effectiveness of implemented designs and strategies
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual brand identity across all touchpoints
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with business objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual design

Qualifications

* Experience level: Experienced

• Years of Experience Required: 2-4 overall years of experience in the field
• Visual Design Experience (portfolio of branding for team/company)
• Microsoft Tool Experience
• UX Design for SharePoint Experience
• Strong understanding of design principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
