Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Business Development and Operations, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and contributing to the success of our organization. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, and developing and implementing strategies to drive business development and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including customer information, sales data, and market trends

  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and develop and implement strategies to drive business development and revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports, including sales data, customer information, and market trends
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and productivity

Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:

  • 2 years of experience in outside sales, with a focus in the retail service climate or related field
  • 4-year degree, or 2 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of this degree
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in the U.S.
  • Preferred qualifications:

+ Earlier airline experience + Earlier exposure to and use of travel industry data reporting sources like Sabre and Amadeus + Proficiency with CRM tool Salesforce + Strong relational skills, with the ability to drive results to the greatest advantage of the organization + Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with different teams and workgroups + Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to conflicts caused by competing needs
