Key Responsibilities

As a Shift Leader, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a restaurant team in a fun and flexible work environment
  • Ensuring that customers receive a world-class service experience
  • Managing restaurant operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures
  • Coordinating staff schedules and ensuring that the restaurant is adequately staffed during peak periods
  • Providing coaching and feedback to team members to help them improve their performance
  • Managing inventory and controlling labor costs

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a GED or High School Diploma
  • Possess basic math and solid problem-solving skills
  • Have the ability and desire to work nights and weekends
  • Be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
