Job Description

As a Customer Experience Concierge at the arenaflex Centurion Lounge, you'll be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional service to our discerning customers. Your primary responsibility will be to create a seamless and memorable experience for our Card Members, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, attentive, and exceeds their expectations. You'll work closely with your colleagues to provide travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services, tailoring our products and services to meet the unique needs of each customer.

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception

  • Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and attentive
  • Create innovative solutions to resolve customers' issues or concerns, building brand loyalty and turning customers into loyal enthusiasts
  • Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations
  • Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, as well as travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
  • Partner with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed customer expectations

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers

  • Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience is preferred (Travel reservation experience a plus)
  • Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills, delighting customers with every single interaction
  • Ability to listen to customers' needs, offering confident recommendations that result in high satisfaction
  • Must exhibit the utmost professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions
  • Ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, prioritizing the customer's experience
  • Resourceful and capable of using the Internet effectively in a face-to-face customer environment
  • Ability to utilize and switch between multiple technology platforms with ease
  • Adapt to an ever-changing environment and remain resilient
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Light to moderate lifting may be required for certain job tasks
