Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Experience Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Designing and Implementing Omnichannel Customer Experiences: Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer experiences across various touchpoints, including store operations, online platforms, and mobile apps.
  • Analyzing and Improving CX Streams: Break down existing customer experience streams at various touchpoints, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations to enhance the overall customer journey.
  • Driving Personalization and Loyalty: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement personalized marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and retention strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Leading Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product, field, and analytics teams to develop and execute experiments, analyze results, and implement improvements to customer experiences.
  • Managing and Coordinating Field Tests: Oversee the execution of field tests, ensure timely completion, and provide feedback to stakeholders.
  • Communicating with Stakeholders: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including store managers, district managers, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Tracking Progress and Reporting: Establish and maintain metrics to track progress, develop reporting structures, and provide insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or related field

7+ years of experience in customer experience, operations, or related field

, with at least 3 years of experience in retail, store, or omnichannel environments

5+ years of experience executing new initiatives in store environments

Proven ability to influence and build consensus through partner management

*

Deep understanding of retail operations and experience working with partners in stores

*

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable recommendations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
