Responsibilities:

As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to our valued customers
  • Delivering an exceptional support experience that exceeds customer expectations
  • Interacting and communicating effectively with a diverse range of customers
  • Creating memorable and delightful experiences that leave a lasting impression

Qualifications:

To ensure a seamless and efficient experience, you'll need:

  • A standalone monitor (19 inches)
  • A hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
  • Required internet speed of 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
  • A working phone line (home phone or mobile)
  • A noise/distraction-free home office environment
  • A desk and an ergonomic chair
